UNICAL Cut Off Mark for All Courses: This is to notify the public that the departmental cutoff marks for the 2024–2025 academic session have finally been released by the University of Calabar (UNICAL).

The university’s official website, www.unical.edu.ng, provided notice of the recently announced UNICAL departmental cutoff marks.

Given this information, applicants to the esteemed University of Calabar (UNICAL) should make an effort to review the departmental cutoff scores listed below, as provided by the university.

UNICAL 2024/2025 Admission Requirements For UTME Candidates 

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) does not just take into account a candidate’s total score on the UTME in order to offer them admission. The prerequisites for admission to UNICAL are listed below:

Applicants must receive a maximum score of 180 on the JAMB UTME. Candidates for the UTME must participate in the UNICAL 2024 post-UTME screening and pass the exam with a high score (depending on the course for which they applied to the university).

The candidate’s O-level results must show that they earned at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.

When deciding which university to apply to, applicants must prioritize the University of Calabar. A candidate cannot be admitted to UNICAL unless they are at least 16 years old.

University of Calabar Cut Off Mark for All Courses 2024/2025

The departmental cut-off mark of the University of Calabar is the official benchmark score used to process admissions for each course. 

The management of each faculty determines this cut-off point following the successful completion of the institution’s POST UTM Examination. In the meantime, students’ performance following the test or screening determines their grade. 

It is important for applicants to be aware that not every school announces the cutoff point for processing admissions following the completion of the post-UTME exam or screening.

The university offers the courses that are listed above. You can also calculate that your O’level is 40% and your JAMB is 60%. To find out if you made the cutoff, make sure to calculate on time.

If not, you can also choose to take a lower course. Candidates are admitted on the basis of merit, residency, states with low levels of education, and other factors.
