How to Apply for Admission

The following is the application procedure for admission to the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil:

  • The online application form can be obtained by applicants via the Academy’s website (https://polac.edu.ng/) or from any of the authorized selling points located throughout the nation.

  • A N3,500 non-refundable application fee must be paid by the applicants via the Remita platform.

POLAC UTME and Direct Entry Admission Requirements

For candidates to be admitted to the Academy, they must be Nigerian citizens. You have to be between 17 and 22 years old.

Men must be at least 1.67 meters (5 feet 6 inches) tall, while women must be at least 1.62 meters (5 feet 4 inches) tall.

Male candidates must measure at least 34 inches (86 cm) around the chest. None of the candidates may have any mental or physical disabilities.

Other POLAC Requirements

The Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) administered by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) must have yielded a minimum of SIX (6) credits for candidates.

Only in two sittings may the National Examinations Council (NECO) or the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) be utilized.

However, in addition to English and math, the candidate must have received credit passes in subjects linked to their chosen field of study at the Academy.

Candidates must also pass the physical and psychological fitness tests, perform well on the written exam, and do well in the interview.
