How Can one get Admission to Uniabuja? 

Undergraduates enrolling in 100-level courses should fulfil the requirements listed below to be admitted to the University of Abuja courses: 

  • You must obtain a credit pass in five courses, including English Language and Mathematics (in no more than two sittings). Three of the credits must be in subjects relevant to the degree course for which an application is being made. 
  • The necessary UTME and JAMB cut-off scores must be obtained. 
  • Your post-UTME exam score has to have exceeded the departmental cut-off at Uniabuja. 
  • A candidate for Direct Entry (DE) admission must possess at least two (2) ‘A’ Level passes, or the equivalent, in addition to five (5) credit passes in other subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) at the ordinary level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, and Grade II). 
  • An O’Level English Language credit pass is required for all courses. 
  • All science-based courses require one maths credit.

What is the Uniabuja Cut-off Mark? 

The University of Abuja’s courses and passing marks vary by faculty and department. 180 is the authorized UTME cut-off mark for UNIABUJA for all 2024 admissions. However, request the institution’s departmental cut-off score for the Uniabuja post-UTME test.
